Sales Manager

The primary role of this position is to expand our aerospace manufacturing
business with new and existing clients and penetrate existing markets
through assessment of marketing opportunities and target markets; gather
intelligence on customers and competitors.

Responsibilities:

- Establish and proactively maintain a strong professional
relationship with customer decision-makers and influencers

- Drive profitable sales expansion with a focus on acquiring new and
engaging existing customers

- Gather and analyze market and industry intelligence, metrics, and
trends to determine customer forecasts and trends

- Deliver business development-related presentations, negotiate, and
close business with customers

- Prepare reports and presentations showing sales volume, potential
sales, and areas of the proposed expansion

- Identify customer opportunities within Maverick Molding capabilities

- Build and maintain a working knowledge of Maverick Molding
capabilities and participate in training/coaching opportunities

- Ensure compliance with all Maverick Molding policies including but
not limited to Terms and Conditions, trade compliance, treatment of
others, moral code of conduct, and employee handbook

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

- 10 years of technical experience with Sales responsibilities

- Expertise in budgeting, and strategic planning

- Bachelors of Science in a technical discipline preferred but other
four-year degrees will be considered

- Experience in composites a plus

- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook)

- Availability, flexibility, and maturity to represent the company at
a broad range of events, with customers and within the company

- Well-developed oral and written communication skills to meet a
variety of communication needs

- Good interpersonal skills that foster open upward and downward
communication built on mutual respect

- Ability to interface with clients, determine their requirements, and
win new work; helps develop proposals including cost estimates, and
terms and conditions

- Travel required

- Must be a U.S. Person as defined by EAR Part 772 and ITAR 120.15

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
