This employer is assisting an established Indiana Ag Equipment Dealership seeking an experienced Used Ag Equipment Appraisal Manager. The primary responsibility of this Appraisal Manager will be to formulate unbiased valuations based on an estimate of real property value that reflects all pertinent market evidence for Used Ag Equipment for this multi-site Ag Equipment dealership. The ideal applicant will have Ag Equipment appraisal experience, strong business acumen, excellent knowledge of current Used Ag Equipment markets, and ability to formulate Used Ag Equipment business plans for the dealership.

Key responsibilities to include:
- Developing/Executing a Used Equipment evaluation process to achieve standardization in equipment values, sale price and sales team efficiencies
- Developing/Executing equipment turns / lifecycle management processes to reduce aging inventory and to maximize cashflow
- Developing/Executing/Communicating used inventory plans that successfully allocate inventory resources to maximize inventory turn ratios on equipment
- Effectively monitor and communicate plans to identify aged inventory and to work with Store Management personnel to reduce revenue losses

Qualifications:

- Post-Secondary Education preferred but not required
- Solid business acumen and experienced at appraising Used Ag Equipment for profitable purposes
- Thorough understanding of current Ag Equipment markets, for both Used and New Equipment, as well as current market trends
- Ability to research and analyze recent Used Ag Equipment Sales and develop business plans
- Ability to create systems to evaluate needs for used equipment of customers and align used equipment inventory for customer retention beneficial
- Currently networking with other Ag Equipment Appraisers highly beneficial
- Excellent communication skill set
- Proficient with computer applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
