2. Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Farm Manager with a strong background in diesel
equipment maintenance to join their team. This full-time role will
primarily involve repairing and maintaining a fleet of modern John Deere
tractors, combines, and field equipment. (Salary 75k to 80k)

Location: Eastern Ontario

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Repair and maintain a fleet of modern John Deere tractors, combines,
and other field equipment

- Conduct field work on a 2,000-acre property as part of a team

- Collaborate effectively within a team environment

Qualifications:

3. Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years' experience working on diesel equipment

- Familiarity with cash cropping is an asset, but they are willing to
train the right individual

- Strong team player with the ability to work in a team environment
