Job description:

A large dairy replacement facility in Colorado is searching for a Dairy Replacement. The manager will be responsible for all day to day operations of the facility. This includes coordinating incoming and outgoing loads, organizing AR and AP with the office manager, managing the feed program, reproduction program, overall herd health, and employee management. The owner is willing to adjust and train according to the qualifications of the manager.

- Excellent leadership / motivational skills
- Reproduction experience
- Strong herd health
- Feed / nutrition knowledge
- Bookkeeping experience
- Logistics experience
- Speak Spanish or willing to learn
