Dairy Manager / Partnership (KH-9978)

Job description:

A large dairy located in the Midwest is seeking a highly qualified, self-motivated Dairy Manager to manage their operation. The right candidate will be running every facet of the dairy. Must be a self-started, highly motivated, with strong leadership skill and able to motivate employees in a positive and constructive way. Must be business minded. Candidate will also have strong herd health and reproduction experience, and knowledgeable in nutrition. Dairy Manager will work closely with veterinarian, nutritionist and other vendors. Also responsible for inventory, buying feed and supplies. Must be able to speak Dairy Spanish, but would prefer someone that can speak conversational Spanish. This position will work into a partnership after 1 year.

- Experience using Feedwatch and Dairy Comp 305
- Able to speak Dairy Spanish, Fluent Spanish preferred
