Job description:

A large dairy operation located in New York is searching for an experienced Dairy Site Manager to oversee the facility. The Dairy Site Manager will be working with the owner and employees to ensure overall operation and key performance parameters are met. This position would be responsible for cow and computer management, feed reports, feed and feed bunk management. Implementing repairs, fixes and focusing on areas of improvement. While working extensively with employees and employee management.

This position requires a dairy background, experience with Dairy Comp 305, ability to speak some Spanish and employee management skills.

Qualifications:

- Strong Dairy background
- Prior employee management / leadership experience
- Proficient in dairy management software
- Herd health experience:
- Previous management experience on a 1,000+ cow dairy
- Basic mechanical experience
- Ability to speak some Spanish is required
