Maintenance Manager (KH-9509)

Job description:

A large dairy located in Colorado who is searching for an experienced Maintenance Manager for their operation. The Maintenance Manager will have previous experience diagnosing and repairing small engines. This position will not require major engine overhauls. Will be responsible for preventative maintenance and general repair of farm trucks, tractors, feed wagons, payloaders, and other equipment found on the dairy and will also be responsible for parlor maintenance. Repairs will include working on small engines, brakes, starters, transmissions, alternators, hydraulics, etc. Preventative maintenance includes, but not limited to, oil changes, greasing, and cleaning equipment. Experience with welding, fabrication, and electrical will be required. Will be responsible for ordering parts, maintaining inventory of parts and supplies and maintaining a clean working environment.

Qualifications:

- Experienced hands-on maintenance mechanic
- Experience with routine maintenance and general repairs
- Experience diagnosing and repairing diesel and gas engines
- Responsible for ordering parts and maintaining, inventory of parts and supplies
- Parlor maintenance
- Experience with electrical, and fabrication are required
- Welding experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to speak conversational English and Spanish a must
