Dairy Manager (KH-9790)

Job description:

A Minnesota dairy is searching for an experienced Dairy Manager for its large operation. Dairy Manager will be responsible for overall cow management and employee supervision of 35-40 employees. This is a hands on position that needs someone who has previously managed a dairy and has a proven track record of effectively leading a team. The Dairy Manager will also work with Nutritionist and Veterinarian. The employer is willing to consider a proven Assistant Manager who is ready to move into a dairy manager's position. Must have strong employee management skills, and basic computer skills. Prefer experience in DC 305 and EZ feed, and able to speak Dairy Spanish.
