Assistant Manager (KH-10071)

Job description:

A large dairy operation located in Indiana is searching for a hands-on Assistant Manager who will be responsible for assisting the Dairy Manager with keeping the dairy productive and running smooth. This position will assist in keeping employees motivated, ensure protocols and procedures are followed and daily tasks are being completed in a timely manner. Successful candidate must have Strong AI breeding and Herd Health experience and have the ability to spot, diagnose, and treat sick animals. Employer prefers someone who speaks Dairy Spanish but will consider someone who is willing to learn.

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE CURRENT DAIRY EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION

- Strong Leadership and Motivational skills
- Strong Herd Health experience
- Strong Breeding experience
- Able to speak Dairy Spanish or willing to learn
- Computer experience
