Grain Cleaning Operation Manager (CS-8481)

Job description:

An Established Ag Business is searching for a Grain Cleaning Operation Manager for their Colorado location. This individual must have experience managing a team of employees in an agricultural work setting. This position will be overseeing the quality of the end/cleaned product, packaging, and loading procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage and lead the overall day to day plant operation
- Oversee a staff of two to four people for efficient operations and build a cohesive high-performing team
- Develop daily operating Plan based off of shipment schedules
- Customer Service
- Lead a Preventive Maintenance program
- Maintain precise and organized records and paperwork
- Lead Quality Control Program for outbound product
- Implementing on-site safety program
- Maintaining government compliances and regulations

Qualifications:

- Grain or Agricultural Experience (2+ years)
- Managerial Experience (2+ years)
- Mechanically Inclined (welding, basic electrical, basic repair)
- Computer skills (email, spreadsheets, scale tickets)
- Equipment operating skills (forklift, skid loader, truck)
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Maintain precise and organized records and paperwork
