Qualifications:

- 4-year Ag-related degree preferred
- 5 or more years of Sales Management/Leadership experience
- Proven experience within the Crop Protection, Fertilizer, Seed or other Ag-Related industry a MUST
- Solid Business Acumen with regard to current market trends, behaviors and competitors
- Self-Directed with Entrepreneurial Spirit and focus on leading Performance-Driven Sales teams
- Critical and Analytical thinking with solid problem-solving skills
- Excellent Time Management with exceptional communication and relationship-building skill set
- Experienced with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Employer has a preference for an individual currently residing within the area or looking to return
