Employer is an established multi-location Ag Equipment Retailer offering an assortment of new and used Farm and Ag equipment including implements. This Employer also offers post-sales support for their customers. This opening is located in a beautiful rural community offering public and private schools, parks (not far from a state park), grocery store, several restaurants, and vineyards. This community is situated within an easy 45-minute drive to several larger urban areas offering major shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

This employer is assisting an established Ag/Farm Equipment Retailer in finding and hiring an experienced Ag/Farm Equipment Sales Representative. Primary duties of this role include:
- Professional represent Employer and their product line to customers on-site and within the community
- Sell products and services of Employer following pricing strategy consistent with company policy
- Prospects and follows-up with customers in a timely fashion
- Stays up-to-date on new features of equipment
- Keeps Sales Coordinator updated with any corrections of their new and used equipment lists
- Works closely with store staff and collaborates with General Manager as well as other sales team members during the sales process


- 2- or 4-year business-related degree OR minimum 3 years of Farm/Ag Equipment territory sales experience
- Proven success selling new or used Ag Spray Equipment beneficial but not required
- Commissioned sales experience a MUST
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills...a Relationship-Builder
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to train / educate others on operation of equipment as well as demonstrating value-added sales techniques and models
- Strong organizational and time management skill set
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced work environment
