Dairy Operations Manager (KH-10163)

Job description:

A large dairy operation located in New York is searching for a hands on Dairy Operations Manager. The Dairy Operations Manager will be working with the owner, site managers, and key employees to ensure overall operation and key performance parameters are met. This position would be responsible for cow management, feed reports, analysis of herd and sites. Implanting repairs, fixes and focusing on areas of improvement. Will also work extensively with employees and employee management.

This position requires a dairy background and experience with Dairy Comp 305, excellent people, organization and communication skills, some management experience with people, and the ability to speak Spanish is a plus.

- Large herd experience
- Leadership / motivational skills
- Strong Organizational / time management skills
- Bilingual is a plus
- Computer Skills
