Sales Executive sought to sell commercial and industrial services with a global business providing reward and recognition for effort and support (systems, mentoring and ongoing training). Success in this role leads to significant $$ earnings and, if desired, career opportunities in commercial or operational roles in Australia and overseas.

This international leader in the delivery of industrial and commercial services has been long established in Australia is a market leader with a professional and family-orientated culture. This is a key role in their premier business unit in Australia.

Reporting to the General Manager, your job is to grow existing accounts and win new business, building a territory in the Hospitality, Health, Commercial, Manufacturing and Industrial sectors. You will;

Sell solutions based on value and application, not price.
Analyze customer needs and provide a solution that adds value to their business
Identify and secure new business opportunities
Present solutions, quote/tender and close sales (support is provided for larger $ deals)
Report weekly on sales performance and sharing of market information.

Simply put, you love winning. Your sales success is built upon a highly competitive nature, the ability to sell a solution, and well-rounded people skills. You may be a Sales Executive or Sales Representative or Account Manager in the Hospitality, Health, Chemical, Building Products, or Transport, Printing, Packaging or Recruitment industries or someone who is looking to move into a focussed sales role AND be rewarded

There is a six-week induction and training to introduce you to the company the services it provides and it's systems. The commission is open-ended and paid monthly to recognise your success in bringing in sales. There are annual Company Recognition Awards and a National Sales Conference. Opportunity for further advancement exists for high performers in Sales, Operations or Commercial roles inside and outside of Australia.
