The Company provides comprehensive footwear supply chain services to premium brands. Our expertise covers research, design, development, commercialisation, production, quality assurance, and control. Join our team and focus on design, marketing, and sales while we handle the supply chain complexities.

The Footwear Material Sourcing Associate will:

• Assist in material development and innovation
• Identify suitable vendors, negotiate prices, and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with brand and category requirements.
• Maintain a material library and update information.
• Prepare colour swatches and windows across categories.
• Manage the material database
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members.

Qualifications:

You will need the following:

• Lots of experience in footwear or related manufacturing/trading
• Fluent English
• In-depth knowledge of footwear development and manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with material properties and supply chain management
