Job Title: PE Civil Engineer

Location: Dallas, TX

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PE Civil Engineer to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering design and construction, as well as experience managing projects and leading teams.

Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and oversee the construction of various civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, drainage systems, and other infrastructure
Ensure that projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and to the required standards of quality and safety
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop effective solutions
Perform site evaluations, field investigations, and engineering analyses to inform project design and planning
Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and feasibility studies to support project development and approval
Develop project specifications, construction drawings, and other technical documents
Manage project teams, including engineers, designers, technicians, and contractors
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and take corrective action as needed
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards
Maintain accurate project records, including documentation of design decisions, construction progress, and project costs
Prepare and deliver project presentations to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Texas, other States would also be considered
Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering design and construction
Strong technical skills in project management, design, and construction
Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead teams to successful outcomes
