Lead Interior Designer
Milwaukee, WI
Our Client is hiring a Lead Designer in their downtown Milwaukee area dealership. This commercial furniture dealership offers top-tier products and is owned by a billion-dollar entity. The designer should be proficient with AutoCAD; CET skills desirable. The design group is very collaborative and requires daily office attendance.
DUTIES
- Space Planning
- Product specification
- Installation drawings
- Design Documentation
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Possess working knowledge AutoCAD design software
- Ability to learn specific product lines used by Company, such as approved applications, specification, and technical data
- Develop an understanding of applicable codes, ordinances and regulations governing design and installation of represented product line (NEC, National Fire Code, etc.)
- Competent in creating and delivery of professional design presentations
Qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ Years designing for a commercial furniture dealership
- AutoCAD and MS Office Suite proficiency
- Effective time management and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
