  • Responsible for customer complaints and required corrective actions
  • Coordinates corrective actions activities with multi-site and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Maintains control plan and SPC to support customer requirements
  • Completes MSA Gage R&R to support control plan updates
  • Tracks effectiveness to prove Corrective Action mitigations
  • Completes statistical analysis and capability studies as required


  • Bachelors degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering Degree Minimum or quality certifications with proven success
  • 2+ years experience in ISO registered manufacturing environment
  • Experience in process and product validation
  • Ability to demonstrate strong skill in PFMEA and control plan
  • Strong skill set in corrective action methodologies
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate issues and drive resolutions with multi-disciplinary team
  • Experience using electronic measurement devices (3D scan, vision system, etc.)
