Production Supervisor (Continental Shift)

Job description:

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operation of all presses for maximum output at a Continental Rotatinig Shift operation.; 12 hours from 6-6 or 6:30 - 6:30
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment for the production areas.
• Adhere to the daily production schedule to meet daily targets.
• Responsible to coach and motivate workers.
• Responsible for training of production personnel and operators.
• Analyze daily shift performance and use data to increase productivity and quality.

Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary education required.
• Previous an automotive production setting
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory role in manufacturing environment.
