ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities:

• Lead development and supervision of BaaS and Payments divisions and platform
• Define and execute product strategy to maximize impact
• Communicate product vision and goals successfully to all internal and external stakeholders
• Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap
• Transform roadmap and business requirements into well-defined and executable product requirements
• Maintain feature backlog and oversee end-to-end delivery of solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to safeguard seamless integration and acceptance of solutions
• Guarantee compliance with industry regulations and best practices
• Supervise and analyze product performance and utilize data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Qualifications Required: 7 or more years of prior experience in a product management role with technology platforms STEM or business degree Management experience
• Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
• Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
• Travel up to 25%
• Experience in Financial Services and/or agile delivery with Banking experience being preferred.
• Demonstrated success in building or managing BaaS or Payments platforms
• Strong understanding of payment processing, including technical and commercial aspects
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute data-driven product roadmaps
• Experience navigating industry regulations and best practices
• Hands-on experience in developing roadmaps, writing features and user stories, grooming product backlogs, and coordinating/prioritizing requirements
• Strong customer-centric mindset, with excellent communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience with other Banking and/or FinTech areas, such as Digital Banking or Payment Gateways
• Proven success in implementing objectives and key results, pre and post launch
• Experience with Tomcat, XML, JMS, WS-*, SOA integration, API Management technologies and standards
• Experience supporting audit requests and activities
• A passion for building products and capabilities that solve real consumer needs, with an emphasis on API solutions, open banking, or other trends in the financial services space
