Commercial Market Executive

Job description:

The Commercial Market Executive and Commercial Loan Officer will need to have local experience in the Montgomery County and surrounding areas of Maryland and Washington DC. Focus will be on C&I not CRE. Build, develop and manage new and existing client relationships. Coordinate loan, deposit and fee income products and services appropriate to the needs of the client. Ideal candidate would be mid to senior level and be capable of building a team.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have a BS, at least 10 years on the line. Credit skills and knowledge of the Maryland/Washington DC market. Ability and experience sourcing credit opportunies, negotiatiating mutually agreeable terms, navigating the credit underwriting and approval process, documenting the loan and executing the closing.

The Market Executive will be joining a bank that is looking to grow organically and they have a preference for C&I deals which can and will include A/R lending to Government Contractors. Desire is for Business Banking to Middle Market segment experience. Client size between $1mm and $50mm in revenues. This is an producing manager role. The Market Executive will need credit skills but credit and underwriting will provide as much support as needed.
