About The Role:

There is a lot of upside and a lot to build still, a lot of cross over with our affiliate. As an IIB located in Miami our bread and butter are the LATAM Agricultural Marketswe have recently restructured and are now looking for a Regional LATAM Lead to redevelop the space.

Business Development Aspect of The Role:

• Redevelop a LATAM presence for the firm, listed futures and options markets, as the lead role.
• Bring on and mentor junior team members on sales and to farm current bookLATAM/Miami.
• Bring on mid-tier salesLATAM/Miami.
• Develop and implement Cold Calling Program and Lead generator.
• Seek out business opportunities with FIBs in LATAM.

What Youll Do:

• Introduce Agricultural derivatives business.
• Current book & New Business
• Manage accounts, monies, futures, and options positions across multiple time zones (LATAM).
• Provide Service and risk management solutions to on-boarded customers.
• Correspond with clients and prospects regarding risk management strategies using futures and options.
• Attend industry events to prospect and create brand awareness.

What Were Looking For:

• Bi-Lingual or Tri-Lingual and fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• A book of business.
• Ability to perform in a critical, deadline driven environment.

• Must have a FINRA Series 3.
• Bi-Lingual and fluent in English and Spanish.
• Fluency in Portuguese is a plus
• 10+ years of related experience.
• A book of business of at least $500K
• Ability to perform in a critical, deadline driven environment.
