Client Relationship Manager/Licensed Financial Services Assistant: This career is ideal for someone who naturally builds strong customer relationships and has already proven they can manage their own time and responsibilities without the need of micromanagement. Will train someone who already has a basic knowledge of investments and financial planning and some experience involving maintaining client relationships
Will be working alongside an advisor and your skills and compensation will develop and grow as the book of clients that you know and support grows. Should you want to increase your compensation even faster, there is opportunity to supportmore than one advisor. Being part of a small team, you will learn how to trade investments, create financial plans and process cash requests. In addition, you will be helping clients resolve any questions they may have. Attention to detail is extremely important. Professionalism and exceptional communication skills required.
Position does NOT include sales.
Fidelity, Black Diamond and Money Guide Proare reliable investment platforms we depend on and you will be trained how to use their tools.
Withintwoyearsfromdateofhire,youwillbequalifiedto manage clients without supervision, which significantly increases compensation. Profit sharing estimate: 10k-$20k.

Qualifications:
Series 65 required. Looking for someone who does NOT want sales but enjoys financial services industry, investments, financial planning and client relationship. BS degree required. Some previous investment experience helpful. Good customer service and administrative skills to work closely with clients. Willing and desire to learn about clients in oil/gas/energy industry. This is a fee-only financial planning model.
