Wealth Management, Senior Client Service Associate (CSA)
Wealth/Financial Planning/Private Client
Requires: 5+ years experience as CSA/Registered Sales Associate in financial planning or wealth/asset management business.
Our client is a nationally recognized, independent comprehensive financial planning and wealth management firm (RIA) with a client-centric focus and a warm, family atmosphere. The firm seeks an experienced Client Service Associate to provide personalized client service, administrative support to the Financial Advisor, and organizational support to the office. Collegial corporate culture and growth potential for this position that may lead to an investment/portfolio management related role or financial advisor role.
Primary Responsibilities of the Wealth Management Senior CSA:
Prepare new client onboarding packages, including new account applications, financial profiling forms, account transfer forms, and financial applications.
Manage and communicate the client onboarding, account opening, and asset transfer processes.
Ensure that account opening and service requests are processed efficiently while providing timely follow-up to clients.
Assist with the processing of client service administration, such as wire transfers, journal entries, and ACH transfers.
Input orders at the direction of the Financial Advisor
Assist advisor with pre-appointment preparation (reports, applications, paperwork, etc.).
Assist with client updates, reports, and mailings.
Assist with the ongoing maintenance and accuracy of the CRM system.
Answer client phone inquiries in a friendly, and resolving issues and tasks.

Qualifications of the Wealth Management, Senior CSA:
A passion and genuine interest in the financial markets and continuing to learn and grow
Minimum of 5+ years in a similar role at a wealth management, asset management financial services company.
Securities Licenses preferred: Series 7/6 and/or 66/65. Insurance licenses.
Industry and asset class and investment knowledge (Ie equities, fixed income, ETFs and compliance knowledge.
Superior communication skills, written and oral
Ability to prioritize office responsibilities on a daily basis and manage their own time effectively.
Attention to detail and maintaining a high quality of work.
Proficient using computer technology (MS Office, Excel, Powepoint etc).
Ability to multi-task, solve problems, manage and meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree preferred
