Job description:

This positions primary function is to collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of sales and marketing activities.

- Responsible for providing support to the sales team and customers during the sales process.
- Facilitate communications, product information, sampling, pricing, and general liaison between sales representatives and the company.
- Complete administrative tasks timely and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales staff to guarantee sales goals are met.
- Assist with Contract administration both internally and with customers and sales team
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

- AA Degree or higher
- 1-3 years experience at the administrative level supporting multiple managers and preforming complex clerical duties
- Skilled in product knowledge and tracking data
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must possess advanced software skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- CRM knowledge or ability to learn (Salesforce preferred)
