Why is This a Great Opportunity:

We have recently been engaged by the Director of Assay Services for a company that is a global leader in the development, manufacture, and commercialization of innovative assays and instruments for the measurement of molecules in biological samples. A private company, they are an exceptional stable organization that do not answer to shareholders and are fully self-funded! As they move to the next level of growth after/during massive contributions in the battle against the global pandemic, they require a Manager ofAssay Services.

The Candidate they seek will likely bring an educational foundation with the Sciences (Chemistry, bio chemistry, Biology or related) and brings experience (ideally full scale) with protein-based assay development projects in multiple technologies and functions. This will be a leader who will manage projects and people through immunoassay technology applicable to Biomarker, Pharmacokinetic, and Immunogenicity studies to support client projects so collaborating with client and technical staff on the projects objectives, scope, and deliverables will be required. While a large company in size, they are nimble, and move quickly so someone who works well in a fast, creative, results based environment, will do well
