Job Profile:

Your role will be to provide technical and sales support to both academic and commercial customers. The primary focus of your work will be to support our range of optical components, to answer technical questions, provide information and to guide customers on application specific needs. The internal technical support team forms the backbone for continued growth and requires highly responsive, accurate, dedicated personnel. Your role will be to support the field sales team in giving customers the best possible experience by offering a problem solving, collaborative experience that is best in class.

Qualifications:

Your Qualifications:

You will have a degree in Physics, Biology, Natural Sciences, or similar with degree level knowledge of laser physics and/or microscopy systems. Sales experience is an advantage but is not a necessity. You will be an outgoing and enthusiastic person who is comfortable meeting and talking to customers. Strong communication skills, a continuous learning mindset and good organization skills are an absolute must. You must also be IT literate.
