Our client, one of the largest Northern American Building Products companies in North America is looking for an Automation/Controls Engineer to support plant electrical automation projects throughout the facility. Essential Duties:
-Developing and maintaining PLC/HMI systems
-Maintaining automation related systems-including PLCs, HMIs, VFD's and facilities networks.
-Developing standard operating procedures and work instructions.
-Providing training for operators and maintenance personnel.

Qualifications:
BS Degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred but will consider experienced engineers without a degree.
Must have experience with PLCs, HMI, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and programming from a manufacturing environment
