Sales Representative Position

The Sales Representative will reside in the Houston area, reporting to
the VP of Business Development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Perform sales calls to identified customers

- Develop and maintain corporate relationships with customers that
represent the company positively and professionally

- Position company to be on bid lists per the companys strategic plan

- Participate in industry and community organization activities

- Effectively speak in a group setting (5 20) about companies
capabilities

- Communicate with customers before/during/after the bidding process

- Communicate with the VP of Business Development and the Director of
Construction on status on projects, critical customer
communications, and the industry outlook

- 30-50% travel throughout the United States and Canada

- Ensure the sales calls, project updates, clients contact info, etc.
are kept current in the sales CRM database

- Proficient in computer skills

- Work from home office with an in person company meeting once a month

Qualifications:

Need a Natural Sales person that is willing to travel 30 to 50% of the time.

Work from home with sales meeting once a month in Houston TX

Willing to drive to clients in Houston TX and travel to clients as assigned across the US and Canada
