What you'll be doing:

  • Preparation of reports
  • Assisting with the preparation of tender documents, general letters and ad-hoc administration for all Partners
  • Maintaining calendars, meet and greet clients
  • Managing incoming correspondence individually and via CRM system
  • Prepare and manage meeting rooms & organise catering when needed
  • Appointment setting and booking meetings
  • Maintaining and updating of data base
  • Filing (digital & paper)
  • General office and kitchen upkeep
  • Reception duties including answering calls and distributing messages, meet & greet visitors

Qualifications:

What you'll need:

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant/Administration Officer/Receptionist or similar role
  • A strong customer service ethic (internally and externally)
  • Understands the realities of working in a small professional office environment (MUST be prepared to be flexible in thinking, attitude and completion of daily tasks)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Uses initiative, suggest an improvement if something is not working
  • Able to liaise professionally with senior executive people
  • Experienced at planning and coordinating functions
  • Demonstrated experience dealing sensitively with confidential issues
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated, energetic with a great can do attitude
