Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality and efficiency.
• Manage off-spec production and coordinate rework procedures to achieve saleable products.
• Initiate and lead projects to improve safety, quality, capacity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Evaluate new technologies and raw materials to drive business growth.
• Conduct engineering studies to support informed decision-making.
• Play a key role in the Continuous Improvement effort within the facility.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering.
• 3-5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Practical knowledge of chemical processing design calculations and equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in engineering and business-related computer software.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
