Your extensive experience in mining technology and strong leadership skills will be instrumental in managing R&D projects and fostering an innovative work environment for your team. You will present technical information convincingly to both technical and non-technical audiences and deliver exceptional customer service. This role will help shape the future of the technology on a global scale.
The essence of this role is using your extensive experience in mining technology, including a strong understanding of product development and commercialization processes, to drive business growth and uphold high QESHA standards.
This diverse role includes providing technical support, managing the Global Competence Centre, and developing commercial products to meet customer needs. You will also collaborate with sales teams for field trials, engage with customers to promote new products, and contribute to marketing efforts through technical reports and literature. It is assumed that you have a proven track record in managing technical projects and experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. A master's or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is preferred.
