Primarily responsible for identifying, pursuing, and achieving success in sales opportunities related to Automation, Engineering and Reliability Solutions for the assigned territory and/or market segments.


Min 5 years prior experience within a process industry or manufacturing environment is preferred.

A Bachelors degree in (B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college; equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous sales experience preferred.

We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

money motivated, and comfortable discussing money.

Applicable industry knowledge At least a minimal process understanding of the process industries
Strategic thinker Must possess the ability to blend an understanding of the customers business climate, budgets, organizational structure, personalities, and decision-making criteria to expand business at client sites.

ability to manage complexity and continue growth territory
consultative style; enjoys understanding the Clients operation and is ever searching to support the Client to optimize their needs
