Responsibilities

  • Preparation of journal entries as part of month end close.
  • Monitoring of intercompany activities and coordination with global locations as needed.
  • Oversight over consolidated results in areas such as non-controlling interests, leases, asset retirement obligations and others for accuracy.
  • Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and account analyses.
  • Assistance in the preparation and review of the Companys monthly forecasts and annual plan.
  • Assistance in the preparation of month-end financial statements.
  • Assistance in the preparation of and review of consolidated financial statements and required disclosures for the Companys external reporting.
  • Responsible for the preparation of the Companys internal reporting metrics.
  • Preparation of quarterly balance sheet analytics.
  • Work with internal and external auditors to provide audit request items.
  • Partner with Systems Analyst and IT on system and reporting enhancements.
  • Ad-hoc projects as needed.

Operational Excellence

  • Actively participates in the implementation of sustainable improvement processes, such as 5S, Kaizen, Daily Management Control, Standard Work and Problem Solving.

Education: Bachelors Degree in Accounting. CPA a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong experience in the following

  • Consolidations
  • SEC Filings
  • Hyperion HFM & Essbase
  • Office 365
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and able to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Effective written and verbal communicator

Proven ability to gather critical information and the ability to quickly diagnose problems and provide an immediate solution or escalate the problem to the accountable technical resources for a solution definition, ensuring that the support process loop includes communication back to the customer.
