Our client is a leading property developer in Indonesia. We seek an experienced Financial Controller to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy: Develop and execute strategies aligned with company goals.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting and forecasting for accurate financial projections.

Financial Reporting: Prepare timely income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance.

Cost Control: Implement measures for cost optimization.

Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow effectively.

Team Leadership: Mentor and lead the finance team.

Financial Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance.

Financial Analysis: Conduct analysis to support decision-making.

Taxation: Manage tax planning and compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA/CPA preferred.

Minimum 8 years of financial management experience.

Experience in property business preferred.

Strong financial reporting and analysis skills.

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.

Exceptional leadership and communication.
