Job Title: HVAC Sales Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Sales Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary:
As the HVAC Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. Your primary goal is to drive sales growth and profitability by identifying customer needs and providing them with customized solutions. You will collaborate with our engineering and installation teams to ensure that customer needs are met and projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate sales leads and follow up with potential customers
Conduct site visits and evaluate customer needs to recommend HVAC solutions
Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts for customers
Collaborate with our engineering team to develop customized HVAC solutions for customers
Work with the installation team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Attend industry conferences and events to stay up-to-date on new products and industry trends
Achieve and exceed sales targets


Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
3+ years of experience in HVAC sales, preferably in commercial and/or residential markets
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Additional Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
