Regional Sales Manager for Eastern New York & Vermont
Growing distributor of aggregate equipment and machinery is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to sell equipment and manage a territory for an established dealership.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain and grow existing client base by understanding their current and future needs.
- Prospecting for and developing new customer accounts.
- Strong understanding of product(s) to be sold and ability to recognize crushing, screening, and conveying equipment and discuss potential solutions with customers.
- Ability to work as a team, ensuring concise communication is continued from point of sale to customer delivery.
- Ability to travel within the territory ( Albany, NY to Vermont)
Qualifications:
- (3-5) years of aggregate experience preferred, not required.
- 1 year of sales experience required.
- Strong consultative, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in maintaining positive customer relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Accountability and excellent time management skills.
