SAILPOINT ARCHITECTA SailPoint Architect will be responsible for leading, managing,
innovating and delivering all aspects of complex Identity Governance &
Administration projects including the following:
Gather and analyze enterprise security, regulatory compliance, and
business process requirements and lead others in performing these
activities
Drive delivery of quality access provisioning and governance functional
specifications and use cases
Architect & design SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions
Configure and customize SailPoint requirements and design specifications
and direct others in performing these activities
Oversee thorough traceability between requirements, use cases, technical
solution design, and test cases
Document and maintain all plans for testing, production service
introduction, system capacity
Develop implementation best practices and lead other in following
practices
Develop IGA best practices and solutions for common problems
Scope, plan, forecast, schedule and staff all aspects of solution and
delivery teams
Provide oversight and coordination of project and customer teams
Provide daily management of program-level risks & issues related to
organizational impact and acceptance of change, regulatory controls and
audit findings, identity data security, and scope/schedule/cost
Engage business and IT stakeholders to build consensus around IAM
Program success metrics, business benefit, and support for
organizational change
Prior Work Experience:
7+ years progressive and current work experience as a systems integrator
or consultant in the Identity & Access Management security domain.
Required Professional Experience:
Extensive experience with designing and implementing SailPoint
IdentityIQ including a deep architectural understanding of its technical
components
Experience designing and developing J2EE/Java applications
Expertise in relational databases and SQL
Excellent written and verbal skills for communicating complex technical
issues and concepts
Expertise developing troubleshooting processes, methodologies and
standards for Sailpoint IdentityIQ
Strong understanding of information security fundamentals in the
identity and access management domain
Clear understanding of application development best practices, with a
focus on Java technologies
Intimate understanding of LDAP technologies
Experience working with GitHub, Eclipse/RAD, SVN/CVS and Apache Ant
Preferred Professional Experience:
Implementation of Access Management applications and solutions
Implementation of Privilege Account Management solutions
Performance of IAM strategies and roadmaps
Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business or other technical field
(required)
Masters degree in Business or other technical field (preferred)
Travel:
Ability to travel to client sites up to 75% of the time
Certifications:
CISSP (preferred)
