Product Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager to lead our mobile phone product line. The Product Manager will play a crucial role in defining, developing, and launching innovative mobile phone products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of mobile technology trends, a strategic mindset, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities but not limited to:

Product Strategy:

• Develop and execute the product strategy for mobile phone portfolio.
• Plan and execute product launches, coordinating marketing, sales, and promotional strategies.

Product Development:

• Collaborate with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to oversee the end-to-end product development process.
• Translate customer requirements into clear product specifications.

Market Research:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify customer preferences, and competitive landscape to define product features, specifications, and differentiation points.
• Gather insights from user feedback, surveys, and industry reports to inform product decisions.
• Monitor and analyze competitor products, pricing, and strategies.

User Experience:

• Advocate for a user-centered design approach, ensuring that mobile phone products provide an exceptional user experience.
• Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive interfaces and features.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the product budget, including cost analysis, pricing strategies, and profit margin optimization

Lifecycle Management:

• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to end-of-life decisions.
• Make data-driven decisions regarding product updates, enhancements, and discontinuation.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Chinese nationality with fluency in English (Russian would be an advantage)
• Bachelors or higher degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Over 10 years experience (at least 5 years as a product manager in the mobile phone industry or related technology sector).
• Strong understanding of mobile technology trends, features, and user behavior.
