Seeking successful Regional Sales Representative with experience selling capital equipment or solution services.
Focus on new construction sales perspective - ideally Healthcare construction focused VAR selling Low Voltage, Fire Alarm, Security, Communications or AV Systems with knowledge of construction estimating and sales to end users, General Contractors, and Engineering Construction firms.
Ideal salesperson has expertise in bid work, direct end user opportunities, and design partnerships to improve bid pipeline, fast-track quotes for quick turn business, and strengthen specification influence. Experience from builder or VAR firms with expertise in selling various solutions like low voltage, intercom, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and voice/data.

- Experience selling systems or services in healthcare institutions
- Able to meet face to face with customers in California.
- Review blueprints, plans, and other customer documents to develop and prepare cost estimates, proposals and contracts.
