Job description:


  • Executing the daily tasks and duties as assigned by the Director of Materials
  • Ensuring existing processes are followed such as inventory labeling, the recording of inventory locations, and warehouse cleanliness/organization
  • Identifying areas and opportunities for procedural improvement
  • Communicates and coordinates with production supervisors, managers, cycle counters, and purchasing team
  • Learning, adhering and implementing workplace safety regulations.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be organized, proactive, have attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise tact, courtesy, and ethics when dealing with co-workers, vendors and customers.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Must be able to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and pickers


Preferred Educational and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid drivers license and safe driving record
  • Previous stock or inventory experience is a must
  • Previous experience operating a forklift, pallet jack, picker.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred.
  • Experience Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, etc.) as well as manufacturing ERP software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organization and documentation skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of walking, standing and sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Working in a manufacturing setting with machinery and equipment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
  • Able to bend, stretch, reach, push and pull parts and products.
