Job description:

1.Collect information of KYC(Know Your Customer), and set the target revenue portion of each customer.

2. Plan and execute sales strategy to achieve target KYC and personal KPI.

3. Product cost and price management to maximize company profit and revenue.

4. Development of new customers and promotion of new products, coordination of internal production scheduling to meet customer delivery dates.

5. Regularly visit customers and interview, grasp customer dynamics, internal coordination, and cross-plant communication, and solve problems.

6. Integrate the US order demand, match the inventory of the Asian factory, and ship by QTA.

Qualifications:

1.Candidate must be willing to expat to US.

2. More than 5 years of sales experience in field of PCB/CCL/OEM, or more than 3 years of technical/customer service/quality assurance experience is preferred

3. Target-oriented, proactively, good communication and people skill, with analytical and logical thinking, highly stress resistant, able to work with team

4. Good command of English and Mandarin.
