Middleware Integration Manager - Boomi iPaaS exp REQUIRED - (Hybrid work schedule)

Direct-hire / full-time position. Hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite in Charlotte, Raleigh, or Mt Airy - 2 days remote).

Middleware Integration Manager

As part of the role, you will be leading the implementation, testing and support of key integrations between enterprise systems. Your primary focus will be utilizing middleware to drive existing and new integrations, encompassing other parts of the integration stack such as databases, third party interfaces and APIs. You will also be responsible for owning the requirement gathering and analysis of new business initiatives that require integration, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical delivery of integration projects between internal and external parties
• Provide technical integration expertise and experience during planning, design and the delivery phases of integration projects
• Document interface design and development using best practice methods.
• Provide proactive approach to interface logging & monitoring
• Recommend and implement improvements to processes and tools

Ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of experience working as lead developer in Boomi iPaaS Atomsphere platform
• Experience with SaaS and on-prem integrations using Boomi iPaaS platform
• Experience in designing and implementing API's using Boomi iPaaS or any other integration platform (Example MuleSoft)
• Experience with API Security, API Governance, API Management and API development life cycle (Boomi API Management or others)
• Skilled problem solving
• Desire and proven ability to create innovative solutions
• Flexible and adaptable attitude
• Discipline to manage multiple responsibilities and adjust to varied environments
• Phenomenal communication to can explain and present concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike, including high level decision makers
• Solid foundation in Computer Science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design
• Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies
• Proficiency in authoring, editing and presenting technical documents
• Ability to travel occasionally if required (less than 5%)
