About the Job

Support client's ServiceNow environment
Design, develop and configure the applications, modules and workflows based on business user needs
Responsible for maintaining, patching, installing, configurations, changes testing and user/production support
Develop and deploy enhancements and interfaces
Proactively make improvements
Utilize best practices and coding standards
Stay up to date on new releases and features
Implement new solutions

Qualifications:

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in computer related disciplineStrong Analytical and problem-solving skills
Work independently and adapt to changes in the work place
Ability to prioritize tasks
Well-organized and self-motivate
Strong customer service skills

Preferred Requirements:

ServiceNow Integration experience including REST/SOAP API's and data migration is a plus
ServiceNow experience to include: Workflows, Self-service, CMDB and Asset Management
Certifications in ServiceNow, such as: Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator
Proficient with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and any other web related technology
