We are seeking a dynamic Director of Sales with exceptional negotiation and leadership skills to lead and motivate a sales team and develop and execute strategic plans to achieve forecasted sales targets. You will serve a local and national market, including Federal, State, Corporate, and Utility customers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new sales verticals and lead sources to grow a pipeline with repeat customers.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve forecasted sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and promote team alignment and mutual respect.
- Deliver training programs for new sales employees and ongoing sales development.
- Keep up with EV trends and understand the needs of EV drivers.
- Draft detailed sales reports and communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Management, or similar.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing people and 5 years of experience in a similar role and industry.
- Experience with EV charging station infrastructure projects, including an in-depth understanding of construction procedures, project management principles, and products.
- Proficiency in using computers, the Internet, and CRM tools.
