This position reports directly to the CFO. Responsibilities include forecasting revenue, managing accounts payable and receivable, developing models to track financial performance, and working with external auditors. The successful candidate will have at least five years of finance-related experience in a manufacturing environment. This position requires excellent Excel skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. TheCost Accountant will beresponsible for analyzing andreporting costs associated withthe production process, identifying areas forcostreduction,andproviding financialinsightstoassist in strategic decision-making.This role will collaborate with various departments within theorganization to ensureaccurate costallocation and adherence to financial policies.
Qualifications:
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
Ideal candidate has at least5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proven proficiency in financial analysis, cost allocation methodologies, and variance analysis.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, cost accounting standards, and relevant regulations
Proficiency in using ERP systems, spreadsheets, and financial software.
