Global Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Job description:

$500M+ Global Manufacturing Company seeking talented Global Financial Planning & Analysis Manager for their global team. This position will consolidate and generate financial insights and projections to the global leadership team using data and analysis enabling superior decision-making and business planning. Will provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams related to productivity, demand planning, reporting and metrics. Work on projects, data analysis, create presentations, etc. Report to CFO.

• BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting
• 10+ years in progressive Accounting/Finance roles
• 4+ years in Accounting/Finance managerial role in a manufacturing company
• Strong accounting, financial and operational principles
• Experience in developing financial reports and metrics involving product mix, standard costing, factory variances, commodity exposures, etc.
• Strong project management skills, mulit-tasking skills, excel, word and powerpoint skills, detailed oriented, strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demostrated ability to drive global projects across the organization and internationally
• Experience in OneStream, Tableau, etc preferred
• Experience in Asset-based lending arrangements and associated cashflow and availability modeling preferred
• International travel required occasionally

Qualifications:
