Inside Sales Manager
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an inside sales team providing technical support and customer service at a production plant. Ensure team is providing high level customer service as well as prompt and efficient service. Maintain profitability through report analysis, identification of trends, issue resolution and implementing solutions to help develop the team and to build future sales.

Qualifications:
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment
- Experience in customer service with technical aptitude for engineered product lines.
- Data centric able to study metrics, determine trends and bottlenecks, implement solutions and create reports.
- Have a natural disposition towards helping others and project a friendly, professional demeanor
- Be a team player with strong collaborative skills
- Able to motivate, coach and develop junior team.
- Process driven to improve and streamline procedures, training and operations.
Four year degree preferred
