Our Hospitality Services is hiring a Director of Operations Support to contribute to the overarching operational growth strategy and execution by supporting new and existing field operations in openings, training, and operational challenges. In this role, you will also manage operational success, build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at our operating units as well as across all company functional departments, and manage multiple projects on different timelines.

ResponsibilitiesLead and manage projects across the Hospitality Services food & beverage portfolio, includingrestaurantand hotels.Support food and beverage operations in establishing best practices and standards for hiring, training, compliance, procurement, and related functions.Manage opening timelines and organize necessary resources to meet opening deadlines.Perform quality assurance assessments such as guest satisfaction, ServSafe Food and Alcohol compliance, and EcoSure Certifications.Assist teams with executing standard operating procedures.Conduct food and beverage menu reviews, recipe management, and rate review process support.Act as the liaison in programming and compliance support.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of related operational experience in food & beverage operations, especially multi-unit operations over a larger geographic region.Proven experience with project planning, organization, and on time / on budget delivery.Proficient in Microsoft Office including use of SharePoint.Procurement or purchasing system support experience to include best practices around purchasing and receiving, inventory, and recipe management experience a, plus.Experience dealing with a variety of disciplines and organizing material from a variety of resources into a coherent opening plan.Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, training, and team management skills.Project management training is preferred.Ability to travelis required. Qualifications:
5 Years of similar Hospitality Operations work supervising 4 GM's.
