Growing manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Sales Leader to help them expand their market share on a national basis. The Manager will manage a direct and broker sales team selling milk ingredients to food manufacturing companies. Person can live within a 4 hour radius of Syracuse, NY.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement sales strategy
  • Manage and develop sales staff and broker network
  • Identify target customers and new markets
  • Analyze data, identify trends in the industry and set pricing strategies
  • Leads all sales communication

Qualifications:

Qualifications include:

  • Min 5-7 years of sales leadership experience, managing a direct and broker sales team
  • Business to business sales experience in the dairy or related industry selling to food manufacturing companies
  • Excellent communication and team building skills
  • Proven history of sales accomplishments and results
